Pro-Choice Minnesota Staff
-
Maggie Meyer
she/her
Executive Director
Since joining Pro-Choice Minnesota as Executive Director in 2019, Maggie Meyer has led the organization through a global pandemic, a separation from a national network of organizations, and has gotten us laser-focused on elections work in 2022. Maggie previously served as the Development Director at the Center for Economic Inclusion, Finance Director for Erin Murphy’s 2018 gubernatorial campaign, and the Associate Director of Women Winning.
In her spare time, Maggie enjoys long walks with her giant dog Karla, backpacking and camping, and keeping up to date on political and celebrity gossip.

Sonia Neculescu
she/her
Development & Operations Manager
Sonia fell in love with campaigns as a student at University of Minnesota where she led voter education work and dove into issue-based organizing. She brings a wealth of electoral experience to PCM, previously working for Rep. Ilhan Omar and the Minnesota DFL.
She joined the PCM staff in February, 2024 and in her free time loves playing guitar, snuggling with her cats, and binge watching Gordon Ramsay shows.
-
Elizabeth Kuhlmann
she/her
Organizing & Communications Coordinator
Elizabeth joined Pro-Choice Minnesota as a Reproductive Freedom Organizer during the 2022 election cycle and has since moved into her current role as Organizing & Communications Coordinator. Elizabeth organized in Texas during the 2018 midterm election cycle, and worked for a presidential campaign in Wisconsin during 2020.
Elizabeth spends her free time coaching competitive cheerleading and attending tea parties hosted by her toddler.
-
Jill Lock
she/her
Organizer
In January 2023, Jill joined Pro-Choice Minnesota as a Legislative Fellow. Dedicated to PCM's mission, she transitioned to an Organizer at the end of her fellowship. Prior to this, she had worked for the Minnesota DFL, playing a role in flipping the State Senate for Reproductive Freedom in 2022. With a nursing background in public health, Jill is deeply committed to reproductive justice. Her approach revolves around community and collective care, fostering connections for meaningful change. Guided by the belief in healthcare as a fundamental human right, she feels grateful to collaborate with PCM's members and partners.
Beyond work, Jill spends her time loving on her people, exploring the woods, or dancing in her kitchen.
